郝明義發起醫療公益行動 上百位名人連署

出版人大塊文化董事長郝明義昨（14）日發起「ucareicare讓好病人遇上好醫生」行動，獲得上百位名人連署，昨日起同步啟動網站ucareicare.net讓民眾連署，期望未來能從意識形態、健保體制等方面一起努力改善醫病關係。

郝明義曾陪伴妻子就醫，深感不是人人都會和醫生溝通，他寫成了《那一百零八天》一書，並捐出版稅推動ucareicare行動。郝明義指出，只有當病人對自己的身體與醫療都有多一點了解，才可能成為一個「好病人」。

不過，沈富雄以專業立場認為ucareicare英文名稱可能易起醫界反感，因為醫師一定認為I care，他同時向衛生署嗆聲，表示問題全出在健保制度，如果使用ucareicare求診方式後，看診時間勢必增加，但健保所提供的給付，一位病人門診費只有300元，「這個價格連看一條狗都不如」。

沈富雄表示，目前病人看病由健保局支付費用，第三者付費的精神無法改善醫病關係，他強調，全民健保未來修改必須加入市場機制。

日本文化觀察者劉黎兒表示，日本的醫院以前不對老人收費，導致許多老人以醫院為家，後來改為收費三分之一，虛浮的老人病患大幅減少，醫生負擔也跟著降低，可見，使用者付費有其正面影響。

為拉高行動的聲勢，郝明義呼籲各界更多的人來網站連署，郝明義更自編自導自演「ucareicare求診問話術情境劇」示範醫生如何回應病人的「求診十問」。民眾若要參與此一行動，至醫院門診時，可佩戴一個「ucareicare」胸章或貼紙（全台各大書局有售，單價10元），也可上http://ucareicare.net 網路平台交換資訊或知識。
